For every dollar that was raised during the previous week, you can show your support by recording exercise minutes in the Strava app . Move in any way that promotes health for you - run, bike, walk, workout at the gym, play a sport... be creative and have fun! If you're looking for some inspiration, check out the challenges we have below. For every challenge you're able to complete, you'll be entered to win a prize! The person who records the most exercise minutes during the week will also get a prize!

Go for a walk (lasting at least 30 min) with your mom and learn about her experiences with pregnancy and labour.

A Gamechanger Scholarship is $6000. Do a 6000m (6km) workout in honour of this scholarship - walk, run, bike, kayak, or anything you like.
